Carry out energy conservation and consumption reduction propaganda. By organizing green and low-carbon labor competitions, posting posters on the spot, implementing energy saving tips for equipment and facilities, and launching green and low-carbon speech contests, the awareness of energy conservation and consumption reduction has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. At the same time, conduct supervision actions, increase supervision, strengthen management and control, coordinate management, and demonstrate the awareness of energy conservation in the subtleties.
Give full play to the advantages of synergy, and determine the management objectives of each unit and media through the benchmarking between the units in the factory, the benchmarking with brothers, and the comprehensive benchmarking between multiple bases. Improve the energy management network, do fine-tuned energy management and control, increase revenue and reduce expenditure, and eliminate waste.
Give full play to the professional advantages of each operation area, transform the plant-level energy cost control target into the unit energy media unit consumption target, give full play to the performance leverage, and implement the management target into the unit performance evaluation and special action incentives.
In-depth study of consumption reduction methods. In terms of process consumption reduction, the relationship between the cooling fan power of the annealing furnace and the annealing requirements of the steel grade is studied, and the operating standards are adjusted and solidified in time; the relationship between the cooling water volume, the drying temperature and the outlet plate temperature in the cooling section of the furnace is observed and adjusted to form the operating standards.
In terms of technology consumption reduction, research on deep utilization technology of flue gas waste heat, install solar photovoltaic power generation equipment on the roof of the plant, and use new energy-saving materials. In terms of management and consumption reduction, we will eliminate high-energy-consuming motor transformers, replace energy-saving lighting, and improve the regulations on the use of energy media for shutdown of each unit.
