On June 25, with the joint efforts of Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel Technology Center and professional equipment installation technicians, the Model 145-60 Basic universal plate forming testing machine was installed and officially put into use.
Model 145-60 Basic universal sheet metal forming testing machine is a world-class metal material testing and optical testing technical equipment purchased by Baosteel Desheng, from Germany ERICHSEN Company and Daum Optical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Model 145-60 Basic universal sheet forming testing machine is driven by electricity and hydraulic pressure, with integrated design, simple and convenient operation, high rigidity frame, low running noise, automatic zero calibration, automatic test and stop when the sheet is broken.
The testing machine is equipped with a cupping test die, a 50mm deep drawing test die, a 33mm lug test die, and a Forming Limit Diagram (FLD) test die, which can detect material failure caused by sheet deformation, measure the maximum stroke force IE, and determine the metal sheet. The tensile properties, ultimate tensile test (LDR) deep drawing ability, lug test can detect the peak height rate/peak low rate and lug rate of the lug, so as to minimize the reject rate of the finished product, improve the resistance to necking or ability to rupture.
Among them, the forming limit diagram (FLD) test is particularly important. For this reason, Baosteel Desheng specially purchased a set of ARAMIS three-dimensional optical strain measurement system from Daum Optical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to analyze the mechanical behavior of materials and parts during the deformation process. and performance, especially suitable for testing transient and local strains.
The successful operation of the forming testing machine will make up for the shortcomings of Baosteel Desheng in the field of material science and metallurgical engineering technology. And evaluate the forming properties of materials, analyze the causes of cracks, provide a basis for improving the process plan, and at the same time provide a guarantee for the further improvement of product quality and brand effect.
