Vietnam continues to implement anti-dumping on cold rolled stainless steel imported from China

On April 8, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Vietnam will continue to implement anti-dumping measures against cold rolled stainless steel imported from China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries and regions.

Regarding the anti-dumping case of cold rolled stainless steel, since there is no relevant party requesting a period-end review, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Vietnam issued Decision No. 625/QD-BCT on April 5, 2022, concerning the continued enforcement of anti-dumping measures against Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Indonesia, Anti-dumping measures are implemented for cold-rolled stainless steel imported from countries and regions such as Malaysia.

Within 60 days before the expiration of one year from the date of issuance of the above decision, in accordance with the provisions of Article 59 of the Government of Vietnam Agreement No. 10/2018/ND-CP, all relevant parties may apply for a final inspection.
